  Why should I order from BassTees?
 
  We know that there are many Bass Apparel companies that you can choose from, but we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality silk-screened shirts that money can buy at reasonable prices. All of our shirts are screen-printed (silk-screened) and we do not use DTG (Direct to Garment) printing. Silk-screened shirts offer the best in durability and long wear-life. Our philosophy is to treat others the way we expect to be treated and offer true customer satisfaction with a 100% Quality Guarantee (see details below).


 
  Is my on-line order secure? and why do you use PayPal?
 
  Yes, your on-line order is secure. Nothing is more important to us than the security of your order. Cyber criminals are constantly looking to steal your financial information and BassTees takes this threat very seriously. In order to maximize the protection of your financial information, we let PayPal process all of our Credit Card transactions. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). When processing your order on-line, all credit card information is shared exclusively with PayPal and we are not given any of your financial information. If you still have concerns about processing your order on-line, you may also mail in your order form and payment to BassTees.

If I don't live in California, do I still have to pay Sales Tax?
 
  No. Sales Tax only applies to purchases within California (i.e. a California shipping destination). Currently the California sales tax rate is 7.25% of the total purchase. When ordering on-line, the Tax Rate (if any) is calculated during check-out based on your shipping address. If you reside out of state but plan on having the shirts shipped to a California address, you will be liable for Sales Tax.


 
  Do you share my contact information with anyone?
 
  No. Any contact information that you provide BassTees will be kept private and will never be shared or sold to anyone. In addition, PayPal does not share your financial information with others (which is another reason why we elect to use PayPal exclusively).


 
  How does your 100% quality guarantee work?
 
  BassTees goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately, on time and are of the highest quality. BassTees offers a 100% Quality Guarantee on all of the shirts that we sell for the first 90 days of purchase.   What is your return policy as it applies to your Quality Guarantee?
 
  The complete details of our policy can be found on our Quality Guarantee Policy. In part, if a defect is found in your shirt (within the first 90 days), it will be exchanged free of charge. Accidental damage does not constitute as a defect. Accidental damage includes shirts that have been damaged by bleach, chemicals, ink, paint, grease, fire, wax, food stains, snags, rips or other unforeseen events that would otherwise damage any type of shirt.


 
  How do I properly care for my silk-screened T-Shirt?
 
  There are no special requirements needed to care for these "durable" silk-screened shirts. Simply follow the care instructions printed on the shirt label. We do recommend washing the shirts inside-out and avoid high heat clothes dryers, as these tend to damage ALL fabrics after repeated wash/dry cycles.


 
  How long before I get what I ordered?
 
  All orders are shipped out next business day via Priority Mail. A typical domestic Priority Mail package takes 2 to 3 days to receive. Therefore you should receive your order within 3 to 4 business days, unless a portion of your order is "Out of Stock". These estimated shipping times only apply to domestic shipments. International shipments may take up to 10 days.


 
  What happens if the item I want is “Out of Stock”?
 
  We try our best to keep every item in stock (based on style & size demand). We fill orders in the order they are received, but occasionally the demand is greater than our supply. The "Stock" status located on the Products page is updated every 24 hours, so it is possible to place an order for an item that has recently gone “Out of Stock”. If the item shows as Not in Stock, select the "N" link to be notified via e-mail when the item becomes available.


 
  What shipping methods do you use?
 
  We ship all of our shirt products by Priority Mail for many reasons;
(1) the Post Office will ship to a P.O. Box address, (2) you are notified by e-mail when your package is in transit, (3) you can track the shipping progress on-line and (4) we know that you will want your order as soon as possible.


 
  I heard a rumor that these shirts will make me play better, is that true?
 
  We cannot guarantee that you will be able to play better, but we have no doubt you will definitely look better.


 
  Why doesn't the 'Mail-in Order Form' link work?

  Both of these links refer to documents that have been created in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. In order to view these documents, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 4.0 or higher) installed on your computer.   Why do I get an error when I try to send an e-mail?
 
  All of the e-mail links located on this website (including the "N" notification link on the Products page) use your default e-mail client program. For those who use an on-line e-mail program (i.e. AOL, Yahoo Mail, MSN, Hotmail, etc.), these links may not work. In these cases you will manually have to send an e-mail to the appropriate department:
